Our Simple 1, 2, 3 Mortgage Loan Process

1. The first step is to complete our short application. Or pick up the phone and call us at 513-429-2122 to hear today’s mortgage interest rates and look at loan options. Tell us your goals and what you want to accomplish with your mortgage loan.

2. Then we will give you a short list of items to obtain before we submit your loan to underwriting. After we collect your mortgage loan documents we will go over several mortgage loan programs and help you decide the best mortgage loan for you.

3. Set up the closing. We will once again go over the final terms of your loan. Before you sit down at the table you will know exactly what to expect on all the loan paperwork. My personal mortgage banker will set up the closing at your home, office or any place you would like. It is that simple.
